Established across the Middle East, The Toy Store were opening a flagship store on London’s Oxford Street and needed a makeover suited to an international audience. The task was to breath new life into the brand, so a contemporary, clean, and playful feel was created.

After redoing the logo we moved on to the website redesign and rebuild. More than just an online shop, the real world needs to sync seamlessly with the digital world. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was used to manage online and in-store products, controlling stock levels and keeping track of orders. A bespoke loyalty scheme was also implemented, allowing points to build up online and sync with in-store reward cards.

After the online was updated, we designed and coordinated the window-wrap install for the unveiling of their new London store. In-store they encourage kids to lose themselves in their imagination, so a design was created that evokes just that on the outside too.
